How would I know if my baby is having enough milk?

There are several signs that may indicate that your baby is getting enough milk, including:

Your baby is gaining weight and growing at a healthy rate

Your baby is having at least 6-8 wet diapers per day

Your baby is having at least 1-2 bowel movements per day

Your baby is content and satisfied after feedings

Your breasts feel softer after feedings

Your baby is breastfeeding for a sufficient amount of time (at least 10-15 minutes per breast)

You can hear your baby swallowing while breastfeeding

It is also recommended to consult with pediatrician or lactation consultant to ensure your baby is getting enough milk.
