I find it hard to say No to my children?

Saying “no” to children can be difficult because parents often want to make their children happy and avoid conflict. However, it is important for children to learn that they cannot always have their way. Setting boundaries and establishing clear rules can help children understand what is expected of them and can teach them valuable lessons about self-control and responsibility. It can be helpful to practice saying “no” in a firm but kind manner, and to explain the reasoning behind your decision in a way that the child can understand. Additionally, it can be helpful to find alternative activities or solutions that the child may find acceptable.
