My mother-in-law calls several times a day, I feel this is too much?

It is important to have open and honest communication with your mother-in-law about how her frequent phone calls make you feel. It may be helpful to express your concerns in a kind and non-confrontational way, and to suggest alternative forms of communication that you would be more comfortable with. For example, you could suggest that you check in with each other once a day or a few times a week, or that you communicate via text or email instead of phone calls. It is also important to set boundaries and stick to them, if your mother-in-law continues to call frequently despite your requests.
