Infant feeding

My toddler keeps food in his mouth and doesn’t like to swallow?

It is not uncommon for young children to have trouble with swallowing, as they are still learning and developing their oral motor skills. You can try encouraging your child to chew their food more thoroughly, or to take smaller bites. You can also try playing games or singing songs to make mealtime more fun and interactive. If your child continues to have difficulty swallowing or if you have any concerns, it is best to consult with your pediatrician or a speech therapist.
