My toddler says no to everything that I ask?

Toddlers often go through a phase where they assert their independence and want to make their own choices. Saying “no” is a common way for them to express this. It is important to remember that this is a normal developmental stage and not a sign of defiance. Try to give your toddler choices and options instead of making demands. Also, set clear and consistent boundaries and consequences for negative behavior. It’s also important to praise and reward positive behavior. Additionally, make sure your toddler is getting enough sleep, healthy food and enough physical activity. These things can all affect a child’s behavior.
