Sleep

My toddler won’t go to sleep without me there?

It is common for young children to feel more secure with a parent nearby when going to sleep. You can try gradually moving away from your child as they fall asleep, such as sitting in a chair next to their bed, then moving to the doorway, and eventually out of the room. You can also establish a bedtime routine that includes a lullaby or a story to help them feel calm and relaxed. If the issue persists, consider consulting your pediatrician for additional guidance.
