What will help relive my morning sickness?

There are several things that may help alleviate morning sickness, including:

Eating small, frequent meals throughout the day, rather than three large meals

Avoiding foods that have strong smells or tastes, as these can trigger nausea

Drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated

Getting plenty of rest and relaxation

Avoiding stress and anxiety

Taking prenatal vitamins with a meal to help reduce nausea

Eating ginger, which can help reduce nausea

Acupuncture or Acupressure

It’s important to talk to your doctor or midwife if your morning sickness is severe or persistent, as they may be able to recommend additional treatments or medications.
